Ruth Langsford, 57, admitted that she kept forgetting the steps as she made an appearance in an It Takes Two segment this evening.
She also took to Instagram to fill her followers in a little more on what had been going on.
Speaking from her dressing room, the This Morning star explained: “I call it frightening Friday, I always have that washing machine, tumbling nerves, tummy feeling, because that’s the first time you dance it in front of quite a few people.”
She went on: “I go dance blind, I don’t know it, I can’t remember it, I blunder around, it’s all really terrible. And then the second one’s a bit better.
“I’m trying really hard to get my frame right, because I’m still struggling with it. Anyway, we’ve still got this afternoon and a bit of tomorrow morning, so wish me luck!”
Ruth and Anton du Beke, 51, will be strutting their stuff to Bobby Darin’s Mack The Knife this weekend.
But, will the performance be enough to save them from the dreaded dance-off?
Last weekend saw the pair suffer a hilarious fall after their routine, before Ruth ended up straddling her dance partner while her husband Eamonn Holmes, 57, watched on in shock from the audience.
Strictly Come Dancing continues tomorrow at 6.45pm on BBC One, while It Takes Two airs Monday at 6.30pm on BBC Two.
