Samsung Galaxy S8 PRICE CUT and updated design REVEALED

might be about to launch their all-new Galaxy S9 but it’s still a good time to buy last year’s .

This award-winning device is not only seeing record-low price but also now comes in an all-new colour.

Samsung announced the arrival of its Rose Pink S8 late last year but the Korean technology company has now confirmed it’s now on sale in the UK.

In their marketing spiel Samsung says: “Inspired by nature, the new hue envelops the device, creating a sense of unity and fluidity between the glass and metal of the phone’s body.

“The Rose Pink colour itself is simultaneously sophisticated and modern, adding to the overall aesthetics of the device and intensifying the depth of its design.”

This new colour now joins Midnight Black, Orchid Gray, Coral Blue and Arctic Silver with a number of retailers and offering Rose Pink model.

Samsung has a habit of launching new colours long after the devices originally go on sale although we’re not expecting the S8 to get anymore updates.

The new colour isn’t the only piece of good news as, with the impending arrival of the Galaxy S9, the S8 is also seeing huge price cuts.

A number of retailers are currently selling this device for under £23 per month making it a real bargain – when the S8 first launched in spring 2017 it would have costs over £40 per month. currently has a deal which sees the S8 land in pockets for £22.99 per month.

This includes unlimited calls/texts and 2GB of data with the EE network.

There’s a £125 upfront cost although this can be reduced by £10 with the code DEALENVY10.

The total for this deal over a two year contract is £666.76 – which is actually cheaper than buying the phone SIM-only.

Other deals include the offer of a free Gear Fit 2 fitness tracker, worth £179.99, when you buy the S8 through Carphone Warehouse.

Although the S8 is soon to be superseded by the S9 many experts believe Samsung’s new flagship wil only be a minor upgrade.

Rumours suggest the design of the S9 will remain largely the same with the only dramatic change coming in the form of a new position for the rear fingerprint scanner.

A faster processor is expected in the S9 along with a dual-lens camera on the larger S9+.

Expect more news on this latest Galaxy in coming weeks with a launch expected at Mobile World Congress on February 26th.
